Morgan grew up in Innisfil Ontario. She was a competitive dancer for 14 years where she learned self discipline and the importance of living a healthy active lifestyle. She now enjoys practicing yoga and staying active in her spare time.

Morgan found a love for science in high school, leading her to a Biology degree at Wilfrid Laurier University. At Laurier she discovered a special interest in human anatomy and physiology. She then completed her postgraduate diploma at the National Academy of Osteopathy. Wanting to continue her education in natural health, Morgan attended a Reflexology program at the Holt School of Natural Healing in Bolton Ontario where she will graduate from in October 2017.

Morgan completed her final thesis paper on how manual osteopathy can benefit women during pregnancy and post partum. She has a strong interest in women’s health and is planning to pursue further education in this specialty soon.

Manual Osteopathic Treatment aims to treat the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms. When tension in the body is released this allows the bodies systems to work in harmony and self heal. As a manual osteopath, Morgan believes in working as a catalyst in the bodies’ natural healing process. She is passionate about getting her patients back to optimal health so they can live their day-to-day lives pain free!

Manual Osteopathic Treatment includes techniques such as joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue therapy and visceral work. Manual Osteopathy has been shown to have therapeutic benefits for conditions such as chronic pain, back and neck pain, headaches/migraines, repetitive strain injuries (carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis etc), pregnancy symptoms, depression and anxiety, fibromyalgia, sciatic pain, and many more.
